Since 1983 Pinocchio’s on Paul Street has been family run and specialises in traditional, mostly wooden, toys of a slightly more alternative type. We keep as wide a variety as possible to suit all ages from the very newest baby to the very mature child that is in all of us. We always try to combine both education and play value in the best quality toys from all over the world and Ireland
For the littlest people it starts with musical soft toys including Steiff ones from Germany or mobiles from the French company Djeco and many others. There are also many wooden rattles and teething rings made in Germany, then Pinocchio’s has shape sorting things, rolling things, stacking things and push along and pull along things. In fact, smart, quality toys to suit all ages, tastes and prices.
As they get a little older there are beautiful wooden toys such as dolls, wooden train sets, doll houses and even a wooden fire station. The toys, like Pinocchio’s, are all designed to withstand the test of time and should provide play value for the grand children as well as the current crop.
